PRIVACY NOTICE FOR EMPLOYEE/TRAINEE CANDIDATE

As ASTRANOVA TARIM TİCARET VE SANAYİ A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") values the privacy and security of your personal data as our top priorities. For this reason, we would like to inform you about the use and protection of your personal data that are being processed by us, in order to fulfill our obligation to inform from Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK").

1. Data Controller

In the Privacy Notice For Employee/Trainee Candidate specified, we inform you that we, ASTRANOVA TARIM TICARET VE SANAYI A.S., process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and relevant legislation.

1. The Processing of Personal Data and Legal Basis For Processing

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• Conducting Applicant Processes for Employees,

• Conducting Selection Processes for Employee/Intern Candidates,

• Planning Human Resources Processes,

• Conducting Communication Activities,

• Conducting Management Activities,

• Conducting Strategic Planning Activities

in accordance with the legal reason of "c) It is necessary to process the personal data of parties of a contract, provided that the processing is directly related to the execution or performance of the contract" and "f) It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed." as specified in article 5 (2) of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)."

1. Collection Method of Personal Data 

Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically in accordance with the legal basis set out in the provisions of Article 5 (2) of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) for the purpose of achieving the objectives specified in paragraph (B) of this text:

• Filling the job application form or providing information during an interview,

• Submission of a CV by the job candidate,

• Through career websites,

• By filling out the application forms on the Human Resources section of the website

1. To Whom Personal Data Can Be Transferred and for Which Purposes

Your personal data will be shared with public institutions and organizations, as well as with our lawyers who are bound by confidentiality obilgation for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, as necessary or upon request, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 (2) (a) of the Law on Protection of Personal Data without obtaining explicit consent from the data subject.

1. Data Subject Rights   

The KVKK's Article 11 states that data subjects have rights. In accordance with your rights as outlined in Articles 11, 13 (1) of the KVKK and the Communique on the Principles and Procedures for Application to Data Controller, you may submit your requests by filling out the "Data Subject Application Form" with all the necessary information.

• by sending an email to the kvkk@astranova.com.tr address with a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature, or (if any) an email address that has previously been registered in our systems and reported to our company. 

Or any of the strategies that the Personal Data Protection Board anticipates using could be applied in the future.
