Recruitment Process

The recruitment process in our Astranova company is one of the first and most important steps in the construction of our organizational structure towards our goals and vision.

From this first step, all stages are carried out with the principle of confidentiality in accordance with the relevant laws and company regulations.

The recruitment process starts with the publication of our internal and external announcements to match the vacant positions with the most suitable candidates.  Our announcements are posted on the career website and also our open positions are periodically announced on our website.

In line with the job descriptions of the vacant positions, the CVs of the applicant candidates are examined and the first interview with the eligible candidates is made in the form of a telephone interview.

Eligible candidates who confirm the validity of their application are invited to the first interview, where a face-to-face meeting will take place, by our Human Resources Department for the second interview.

In the first interview conducted by our Human Resources Department, evaluations are made to determine the competence, potential and personality qualities of the candidates. At the same time, information is provided with our company to introduce the vacant position requirements to the candidates.

In the second interview phase, which is attended by the Human Resources Department and the relevant Department Managers, the appropriate candidates are evaluated for professional knowledge, teamwork compliance, communication and leadership, awareness and customer focus criteria.

If there is a foreign language requirement among the requirements of the position, written and oral foreign language knowledge assessments are applied at the interview stages.

 

At the last stage, the reference and proposal stages of the candidates are carried out. The candidates who are mutually agreed in our proposal are sent a list of documents required to be submitted in accordance with the legal obligation for recruitment procedures.

Candidates who are not found suitable for the open position as a result of the evaluation are informed by e-mail. Resumes and application information of all candidates are kept in our application pool records for six months to be evaluated for new open positions, in accordance with the principle of confidentiality.
