PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CUSTOMER AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMER

As ASTRANOVA TARIM TİCARET VE SANAYİ A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") values the privacy and security of your personal data as our top priorities. For this reason, we would like to inform you about the use and protection of your personal data that are being processed by us, in order to fulfill our obligation to inform from Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK").

1. Data Controller

In the Privacy Notice For Customer and Potential Customer specified, we inform you that we, ASTRANOVA TARIM TICARET VE SANAYI A.S., process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and relevant legislation.

1. The Processing of Personal Data and Legal Basis For Processing

Your personal data are processed within the scope of the following purposes and legal basis specified.

Execution of Products / Services Sales Processes  Execution of Post-Sales Support Services for Products/Services Execution of Finance and Accounting  Execution of Contract Management Processes  Execution of Logistics Activities	KVKK 5 (2) c: Processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.
Follow-up and Execution of Legal Affairs	KVKK 5 (2) e: It is necessary for the institution, usage, or protection of a right;
Receiving and Evaluating Suggestions for Improvement of Business Processes • Execution of Business Continuity Ensuring Activities	KVKK 5 (2) f: It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.

 

1. To Whom Personal Data Can Be Transferred and for Which Purposes 

Your personal data shall be transferred without providing explicit consent of the data subject if required or requested by Articles 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK for the following purposes: 

• In the scope of providing information about the products and services offered by our company, your personal information may be shared with the shipping service company that carries out the delivery process, and this company may contact you.
• In order to ensure the delivery of the products offered by our company, your personal data may be shared with the logistics company that carries out logistics activities, and this company may contact you.
• In accordance with the relevant legislation, your personal data may be shared with public institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, as necessary or upon request.
•  In the scope of collecting fees for products and services, your personal data may be shared with notaries, enforcement offices, and/or courts, as necessary, for the purpose of carrying out financial and/or accounting operations.
• Your personal information may be shared with our lawyers, as necessary, in order to follow legal processes, within the framework of confidentiality obligation.

 

1. Transferring Abroad

Your personal data processed based on the legal basis specified in Article 5 (2) of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, will be transferred to abroad through online software systems located outside of Turkey, in accordance with Article 9 (1) of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, with your explicit consent, for the purpose of providing sales, marketing and after-sales services for the products and services of the Company.

 

1. Collection Method of Personal Data 

Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing or electronically, through automated or non-automated methods, for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives specified in paragraph (B) of this text, in accordance with the legal basis established in Article 5 (2) of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

• Sending email messages, visiting the website, and contacting through social media platforms.
• Sharing business cards during customer visits, seminars or events.
• Personal data being provided to us by current and/or potential customers or third parties for the purpose of communicating with you for business activities.

 

1. Data Subject Rights   

The KVKK's Article 11 states that data subjects have rights. In accordance with your rights as outlined in Articles 11, 13 (1) of the KVKK and the Communique on the Principles and Procedures for Application to Data Controller, you may submit your requests by filling out the "Data Subject Application Form" with all the necessary information. 

• The Data Subject Application Form shall be completed and a signed copy there of shall be delivered by hand, or sent via a notary public or by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Bor Karma Organize Sanayi Bölgesi Ankara Asfaltı 9.km 4.Yol No:10, 51700 Bor/ NİĞDE
• by sending an email to the kvkk@astranova.com.tr address with a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature, or (if any) an email address that has previously been registered in our systems and reported to our company. 

Or any of the strategies that the Personal Data Protection Board anticipates using could be applied in the future.
