HOW TO USE THE PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT
Properties: It is a contact effective acaricide. It acts against red spider's eggs, larvae and nymphs by preventing them from changing periods. It is not effective for adults. However, it shows a significant effect 3-5 days after the application and the duration of the effect is around a month.
Apple-European red ladybug: Application should be made when an average of 8-10 live individuals are seen per leaf in periodic counts on 100 leaves since May.
Tomato, Cucumber, Pepper-Red Spiders: It should be applied when an average of 3-5 live spider mites are seen per leaf in tomatoes and cucumber, and 1-3 live spider mites in peppers.
Cotton-Red spider mites: Controls are made when the plants have 4-6 leaves in order to determine the struggle time. If the pest is only locally located at the edge of the field or inside, only these parts should be applied. Application should be made when an average of 5 live red spider mites are seen per leaf in the Mediterranean Region and 10 in the Aegean and Southeastern Anatolia Region.
Watermelon-Two-point red spider: For the first count in vegetable gardens, the field is crossed diagonally from the diagonals of the plots during the flowering period. The red spider nymphs and adults are counted in the bottom and middle leaves of a plant in 3-5 steps. Live red spiders on the leaves are counted and recorded with a magnifying glass. The total number of red spider is divided by the number of leaves counted. There is a number of live red spiders per leaf. The struggle is decided when an average of 5 live red spider mites are found per leaf.
Vineyard-Two-point red spider: The vineyard areas where it spreads should be kept under observation, chemical control is recommended when 5-8 pests are found on a leaf. If the pest density exceeds the threshold in the counts made after the end of the effective period of the product used in the first application, the second application is made. In applications made before harvest, the application is ended considering the waiting time of the acaricide used. If the damage continues, it can be applied after harvest.
Strawberry-Two-point red spider: Early application: An application should be made when red spiders are seen in the flower and green fruit period (before the first ripe fruits are seen) in the strawberry areas where red spider is a problem every year. Early application is safer to prevent residue on fruits.
In seasonal application: In cases where early period application is not made, strawberries grown in the open are checked at 3-5 day intervals at the beginning of the season (late March-early April). Red spiders can be seen on strawberries in the surrounding plants at the beginning of the season. First of all, it is sufficient to control and apply these plants. If the population is widespread, at least 50 leaflets are examined in the middle and lower parts of the plant to represent the field. If there are 15 or more red spider per leaflet, the application is decided. It is applied immediately after fruit collection. Harvest should be done by paying attention to the time between the last application and harvest.
MIXABILITY STATUS
It is not mixed with alkaline plant protection products. It is recommended to do a pre-mix test before mixing with other insecticide, fungicide and foliar fertilizers.
